Wallace Pack Unit Overview

Wallace Pack Unit is operated by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Correctional Institutions Division. TDCJ lists the unit at 2400 Wallace Pack Road, Navasota, TX 77868, five miles south of Navasota on FM 1227 in Grimes County. It is a state prison for male sentenced prisoners, with custody levels G1 through G3, Security Detention, and Outside Trusty. Pack is not a booking jail. It does not handle the first stage of a Grimes County arrest, and it is not searched through a county roster.
